I can't thank Mark enough for his professional, calming demeanor throughout our selling process. I think what stood out to me was we stayed connected to the buyer and the agent, Mark understood the buyer's motivation for the home, he found a way to bridge the financial gap, and even though some work was needed, he got them to understand a lot of the work wasn’t absolutely necessary, and certainly not as serious as it was portrayed.
